I wrote the music for this one at SubStation, maybe in 2010. Then in 2017 I wrote the lyrics in preparation for the record. “It’s Easy” was already there as the chorus when I wrote it. The vocals for this were recorded in Hydra, Greece with Kenny producing. I remember how Kenny pushed me to sing the verses in a very specific, rhythmic way, kind of like Prince. I really like how the vocals turned out.
